I got gel manicure, which I usually get. it was my first time here trying out their gel and my nails didnt even last over two weeks when they usually last over three. they also made me wait even though I had an appointment

Terrible people with extra terrible customer service. Demanding to tip more money when tips are not mandatory, tips are optional, they demand you must tip 20% or more Anything less than 20% they will mistreat you / bully you. I have been doing my nails with Don and I got pedicures with Meged 2 times which she was super tough and she chopped my toe nails super short and cried I still didn’t say anything. They overcharged me and when I asked what’s that extra charges they said they charge extra for shaping nails I said I didn’t change the shape I kept the same shape they still tried to charge me extra they sent me a long text message about not giving enough tip . I hadn’t gotten my nails done in a while and I have to admit it’s because I’m never satisfied with the end result. I figured I give this salon a try and I’m so glad I did. Don was very professional, attention to every detail. The atmosphere here is calm, smells nice.. quiet. Definitely relaxation!! I definitely recommend it.
