I got my nails done just two days ago, and one of them already broke. When I went back to get it fixed, they charged me $10 — which I think is ridiculous considering how recently I had them done. On top of that, the gel polish on another nail was already chipping, and another one was starting to lift. Instead of being understanding or taking responsibility for the poor quality, they insisted I pay again to fix their work. I have been going here for years. Love the people, so friendly, and the service is amazing. They do a great job and go out if their way to be sure you are happy before you leave. So highly recommend this place!
