I got my nails done just two days ago, and one of them already broke. When I went back to get it fixed, they charged me $10 — which I think is ridiculous considering how recently I had them done. On top of that, the gel polish on another nail was already chipping, and another one was starting to lift. Instead of being understanding or taking responsibility for the poor quality, they insisted I pay again to fix their work.
