RecommendedI love the store . Anything you need to coordinate an outfit in any color they have. I love the different styles of purses and they are priced very well. I hate they left our area .

Saw you all were having a closing sale and really wanted to shop it. However, after being followed and watched in your store I decided my money would be better spent elsewhere. I was so bummed and my husband felt terrible about how disappointed I was seeing as how this was the whole reason I came to the mall. I ended up getting 2 new charms from Pandora as a gift to cheer me up 😝. Good bye not so Charming Charlie!
I went to Charming Charlie's this afternoon. There was a huge sign stating "Buy 1 get 2 free all clearance items". I picked out my items and went to the register and was told they can't honor their sign. When I asked why - they said it was a "corporate" thing. Not understanding I asked for the corporate number. They gave me an incorrect number. So I looked online for the number and called corporate. I guess they couldn't explain the situation so they just kept me on hold. The people who work at this store are absolutely ridiculous. My friend was treated HORRIBLY. My friend works in a garage but she loves to dress up and feel girly when she's not covered in oil. Because she got off work, cleaned up as much as she could, she still had a little grease on her.. she saw the perfect dress for an occasion she has to go to this weekend AND SHE WAS TOLD TO NOT HANDLE THE MERCHANDISE IF SHE WASN'T BUYING IT...
