Our new home flooring is not leveled. I could feel empty holes at different spots in the house. They said they allow 1/4” tolerance for every 10’. They said if you want perfectly leveled floor, it’s impossible. Later he said it’s possible but you have to pay them hourly to fix it. I have lived in a home where the flooring holes aren’t noticeable so I know it’s possible to have excellent craftsmanship. Go with a different flooring company and don’t waste your money here.
We hired Charmet Tile to remove hallway carpeting and laundry room flooring and install 2x4 porcelain tiles to match tile that was over 30 years old. They did an outstanding job, the crew was amazing and the end result is beautiful. Could not be happier and would recommend this company with more than 5 stars. Thank you again for a fabulous job.
This guy pulled out into 50mph traffic while on his phone, not looking, then took off his construction vest while driving and swerving all over a two lane road. I can only imagine if this man puts his own life at risk on the road, what he’s doing to cut corners on my build. I’ve got the dashcam footage. Do better.
