Had one of the best pedicures in a long time. The gentleman did an amazing job. Took his time and not rushed through like most do. I will continue to come here. 100% recommended!
This spa can be very relaxing, and the staff are very pleasant to work with. Both manicure and pedicures have both been great. I love the choices for the nails, and I love that they can suggest Of nail designs that they do on your manicures .
I have given this salon multiple chances due to its convenient location, but the quality of service has progressively declined. Mai is the standout—she is professional, personable, and consistently does an excellent job and can carry on a conversation. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff need improvement. Even with a scheduled appointment, pedicures often feel rushed. The polish lasts a long time, but the heel/dead skin cleanup is noticeably lacking. I've gone here a few times and each time it's been done so well. Jon has done an amazing work at getting my nail strength back and always does an amazing shape. Truly listens to what you want.
