Had my second cut with Leah. She does an incredible job and my hair looks great. My last cut from Leah stayed looking great until this cut (which I had although I didn't need it due to a trip I'm taking). I highly recommend Leah for your next haircut and style. She really listens and takes her time to do a super job! My last cut was with Leah. She did a fantastic job. 3 visits 3 times disappointed. Pretentiousness is not a replacement for good customer service. And giving a novice a chance is one thing but should have a veteran QC the work. Then if that client gives you a third chance making them wait 20 min when no clients being serviced or waiting, rethink what your service model looks like.

The salon itself is calm and warm and inviting. I've had three haircuts and a kerasilk treatment with Baker. Her cutting method is different than anyone else who has ever cut my hair, but the end result was a defined curl pattern in hair I otherwise thought was straight. She's excellent at finding the curl in your hair and bringing it out. I also had a kerasilk treatment, since years of treating curly hair like straight hair had left my hair incredibly frizzy.
