Leslie: I made an appointment for a haircut when I was getting overstimulated by my long hair. I was paired with Lesli. Leslie is amazing! She listened to my needs and wants and gave me a super cute shaggy lob that pretty much styles itself! I then made a color a color consult with her (I really enjoy the consults at Charmaine’s). Had my second cut with Leah. She does an incredible job and my hair looks great. My last cut from Leah stayed looking great until this cut (which I had although I didn't need it due to a trip I'm taking). I highly recommend Leah for your next haircut and style. She really listens and takes her time to do a super job! My last cut was with Leah. She did a fantastic job. I never use product in my hair (gel, hair spray, etc.) so I can tell by the way my hair reacts if it is a good cut. It looks really good. I went back for my se... read more

3 visits 3 times disappointed. Pretentiousness is not a replacement for good customer service. And giving a novice a chance is one thing but should have a veteran QC the work. Then if that client gives you a third chance making them wait 20 min when no clients being serviced or waiting, rethink what your service model looks like.
