The nutrition advice may be good but I wouldn’t know, they never showed up to my appointments. I did not speak to Charmaine in person, but her company did not treat me well. It was difficult to get past the secretaries to get any information about appointments, which resulted in me sitting in the virtual waiting room for over a half hour on two separate occasions waiting for someone to join.
