Review UPDATE: someone reached out to me and asked me to come back to have my nails fixed … they look much better and I will change my rating to 3 stars because of the effort… I’ve been on a search for a nail salon where I feel that when I leave, I’m happy I’m satisfied with my nail and unfortunately, this was not my place. Lee is a creative nail artist that does a superior job. He listens to what I’d like and then executes it perfectly. I leave with beautiful nails every time.
Not only was Hailey quite rude with me, but she was being extremely rough! I’ve NEVER bled before and I’ve gotten at least a dozen professional manicures and this was by fast the worse experience! Not to mention my right thumb looks terrible and the colors don’t match. I’ll stick to Fantastic Nails ever they actually care and at kind to their clients.
I received a wonderful pedicure by Tina. I think that was her name. She took her time, and I was able to relax and enjoy my service. I added on a regular manicure without polish because I needed my cuticles cleaned up while I’m in the process of strengthening my nails after having gel on them for a long time. The manicure overall was fine, but she nicked the skin on my thumb. She put a green product on my skin, and although it did sting for the duration of my service, it stopped bleeding. Best pedicure in town. The ladies give very professional and expert services here. They will have you walking out with baby soft feet. I got an ultimate pedicure with Haley. She’s amazing. Definitely recommend this spot.
