My go-to salon! Everyone is so kind and welcoming! My nail tech was kind enough to pay for my nails (which he didn’t have to do)! I would recommend this nail salon to anyone looking for excellent service and nails that last.
Staff was very friendly, establishment was nice and clean. Experience of the nail techs is the reason for my low rating. My pedicure went pretty well…no real complaints there. If you want just basic services like manicure or pedicure then you may have a pleasant experience. If you want acrylics or designs then I recommend you find a different establishment. This was my first time getting SNS and the result is absolutely terrible. My nails look worse now than they did going in there.. Ruby didn't clean up the area around my nails even after I asked her to and it felt like she was taking out her bad day on me. I've been going to Charm Nail for years and I've never had an experience like this.
This is my fav nail salon when in Mooresville with family!
