Very disappointed with customer service. Called store and told them I was coming but was stuck in traffic. Told them I would compensate them if someone could wait until for me. Said yes, but when I arrived no one was there. This incident tells you how much they care about your health.My rating is a 0.
Called to a long time before answering phone came on and told me that they were helping someone else and they would call back. 35 minutes and here I sit with no response
Like carbon paper , courtesy and customer service are long gone .
Great job, Today your company delivery my daughter to the back of the building and all the box they get wet and damage the box.... do not send me my orders with UPS or USPS I am home all day this is incredible the worst of the year
