Terrible customer service.
The girl I dealt with was very nice and helpful (Jinsy) all in all, I was quoted a final price and when I was called that my order had arrived, I went to pay for it her supervisor was whispering behind the counter to her and I'm not stupid or blind or deaf. I could hear everything she was saying to her and she was scoulding her for quoting me that price. I felt bad for her and in the end it was only $20 difference.
