Quality not great daughter bought me a bracelet for Christmas clasp broke they wouldn't fix it i had it repaired else where other side of clasp broke really not happy
We got a gold bracelet from here. Staff is really good specially Sumeyye helped us so much in finding the jewelry which i was looking for. I was so confused but she really did a great job. I personally recommend to shop in Charm as they give us some discount too which helped us to buy what i want to.
I bought a ring that cost more than $2000. It didn’t ship. It wasn’t until after I contacted Charm more then 2 weeks after the purchase that they told me the ring was out of stock and they would refund my money. I’m still waiting for my refund 3 weeks after my initial purchase.
