The young Indian woman who works there was exceptionally loud and spoke in a condescending tone throughout our interaction. Unfortunately, the customer service was unprofessional and left me with a very negative experience.

Quality not great daughter bought me a bracelet for Christmas clasp broke they wouldn't fix it i had it repaired else where other side of clasp broke really not happy
