Good location and staff for the most part. Most staff are great. However, I have had 2 interactions with one staff member who left me feeling horrid. I'm surprised she's still working there. The first interaction was in May 2024. I went in to get my silver ring inspected and cleaned (bought from Charm). She put it through the ultrasonic and handed it to me still wet. It then started turning black within minutes. I went back, and she tried to blame it on me, saying I must have been using chemicals, etc, at home that affected ... read more

I had given them a tie clip to engrave with "Beloved" for my Son. It was a very poor engraving job that read "Eeloved". Instead of just admitting it was a poor job and maybe giving me a discount, she tried to force me to admit it read "Beloved". I paid and gave her the tie clip to do with as she pleased. I was so upset I forgot to take a picture ... but perhaps that is just as well.
We bought exactly what we wanted and our sales representative was wonderful!!
