Long time customer of Charm & was previously very happy with the service & products I received in recent years. Unfortunately however, I lost a singlet out of one of my favourite earning pairs on a recent trip abroad. While a previous manager in 2024 was able to accommodate my request to purchase a replacement singlet to complete the exact same pair, the most recent manager I spoke too was much less understanding.
