I had a disappointing experience at Charms Jewelry in West Edmonton Mall. The service I received from Laudy was not up to the level I expected from a jewelry store. She seemed uninterested in helping and didn’t take the time to properly answer my questions or guide me through the options. As a customer, it felt like my time and business weren’t valued.
The staff were welcoming, Mrs Abrahim helped us make the transaction and acted in a professional manor. She was very helpful in finding a replacement wedding band for my wife.
The lady running the store brushed me off because I was only buying a cheap silver necklace, as well I heard her talking poorly about another customer that came in for warranty work to another employee. Very poor customer service in my opinion
Not impressed with the short Indian looking salesman arguing with me about my preference for white sapphire. If you guys don't have it just tell me! And I don't appreciate him belittling me for having a PREFERENCE and he kept pressing me to buy cubic zirconia and then pressing me to buy diamonds. He also attempted to make me feel like I'm stupid because according to him "diamond or cubic zirconia, why would you need white sapphire if they all look the same?"
