We bought our wedding rings here, and the gentleman Matthew is absolutely amazing to work with. We have to visit the store every 6 months to have our rings inspected for the warranty, and we’re so glad he gives us great service everytime. Highly recommend !

I went in this morning hoping to get a jewelry inspection, but while waiting nearby, I noticed a tense situation inside the store. The voices were loud enough to be heard from outside, and it became uncomfortable to watch. One of the employees ended up leaving the store very upset. Because of this, I decided to go to another location instead. I barely use this email, however I felt i had too in this case. Ive been here before and have usually gotten excellent service, especially from the (manager?) With silver hair. Today however, I met this woman who spent most of the time on her phone while I was looking for a gift for my niece, and when I finally did catch her attention she continuously rolled her eyes. Absolutely amazing experience at this location tonight. peoples jewelry store in the mall failed to meet my exceptions so I told them to cancel my order and Charm won my business 2k later I left feeling valued because the lady I worked with was so professional and has great customer service skills. I unfortunately forgot her name but when she sees this she will know exactly which transaction it is. Thanks for the great shopping experience. Ill be back for sure.
