I had a great visit to charm! I was met by a polite gentleman that not only had a great conversation with my friends and I, but was also very knowledgeable. While looking through the selection of jewelry the employee allowed us to try on and inquire on prices without judgment as i usually get weird looks due to my plethora of tattoos.I purchased a white gold ring and my friend purchased a 925 bracelet, both of which were reasonably priced. I will definitely be returning in the future for my next purchases!
-10 STARS: I asked them if they could fix a 10k, 18inch, singapore necklace. There was one link that broke. They said they could solder it with no problems. They sent it away and then 2 weeks later, they called and said it was ready. I got there, the necklace was in pieces! Literally a little baggy of pieces! How in the world, could any legitimate company fail so terribly! This is insane! The worst service I have ever experienced. I am so devastated!
