Love this jewelry store besides having a lot of variety of the prices are great but overall the staff is wonderful always will see you with a smile or very patient great customer service I’m talking about the one that is located in south center mall who goes to all those ladies!!!!

This store is amazing!! am writing to express my disappointment regarding the service my husband and I received from Josephine at the Charms Southcentre location today. I have owned my promise ring for four years, and unfortunately this is now the fourth a diamond has fallen out. On the previous three occasions, the ring was repaired under the lifetime guarantee that my husband purchased when he bought the ring. We have never been charged for these repairs.
