Do not purchase gifts here. Recieved a gift from this store that I do not like or want from someone in Calgary. I live in another province and have the original reciept, extended warranty and item brand new in the box. I am being forced to keep the item or exchange it for something I do not want because the person who purchased the gift (in cash) lives in another province and cannot be physically present during the return. I had lost my wedding band, but because Charm had my purchase history, they were able to track down the exact model and size of my ring and order one straight away. Happy to get the exact same ring so easily.
My engagement ring kept breaking at the bridge… they sent it away to have the diamonds reset in a beautiful custom made band. The lady was very professional and nice. The ring feels much more stable and even more beautiful than before. 10/10 recommend:)
