I went in to buy white gold earrings. Got all the way home(we live far away) and I opened the package (this part is my fault and part freak accident). One of the earrings flew in the air and fell into our cars air conditioner vent. Turns out the earrings were actually yellow gold. It's a sign not to get these ever again. That's enough for me.

my girlfriend and I went into the store to try out some different styles of engagement rings to see what styles she's into. as soon as we walked in penny the sales associate was warm and inviting. penny had lots of knowledge and showed us a variety of styles to try on. She made the whole process feel less daunting and to my girlfriend's surprise find a ring she absolutely fell in love with. I cannot express how grateful we are for penny's help!

I was approached by the Sales Consultant, Penny. I had showed her the two pieces I had seen online that I was interested in-a diamond pendant & bracelet. Penny actually showed me another piece that I absolutely adored and went with that instead, as I prefer mined diamonds over the lab grown diamonds as I didn't realize the one online (that was in store) was actually lab grown. Penny provided seamless service, made the process effortless, and handled the transaction efficiently!
