Margie was an absolute delight, after having terrible service at a few Georgian Mall stores we were exasperated and ready to go home but she was able to breath life into our day-out. She is kind and very helpful, offering multiple options for what we were looking for, offering to order them in custom for us and helping with the sizing of our chain. We're excited to see her once again when our order arrives, thank you!
We stopped in to find my birthday necklace, we werent having much luck finding something nice at our previously shopped jewelry stores; but we were greeted by the wonderful Margie and ended up finding the PERFECT necklace and charms to go with it, Margie was a delight and was able to place an online order through their catalog!! we will definitely be returning.

I had an amazing experience with the purchase an engagement ring, thanks to Kerri at Charm.
