The staff are all super polite, welcoming, and always dress well and professional in a way that brings me back to bygone era and definitely is leagues above what I would expect from a mall store. Cant say enough good things about this location. Nicola helped us select weddings bands, one being for an heirloom ring that wasn't easy to accent. Within minutes she found a beautiful band that worked perfectly and fit our budget. From sizing to ordering in we've had such a smooth and welcoming experience. I wanted to buy a ring for my wife that spoke to our 55 years of marriage. She had bought me a beautiful wedding band with very special wording engraved on it, for our 55th anniversary and I wanted to reciprocate.
