I have been a loyal customer of the Barrie Charms location for over 12 years and have spent close to $20,000 there over that time. The staff have always been absolutely wonderful — kind, professional, and welcoming. They truly feel like family to me. Very nice place with beautiful and good quality jewelry. I have already had many bad experiences but I like the jewelry and put that aside. The lady was being a little too friendly with my husband which made both of us uncomfortable but all aside recommended.
Worst customer service ever at a jewelery store .When I walked in I was ignored even though no one else was in the store . When I tried asked about 2 specific rings I was told they most likely don't have them in stock. I tried to ask if something similar was in stock and the lady rolled her eyes and just said no. Just on customer service alone I won't be back. Went to a different jewelry store in the mall and picked out a beautiful wedding set .
Went in today with my husband to look at a christmas gift and no one was in the store and none of the employees even came over to ask if we needed help. They just kept chatting amongst themselves. They even looked right at us and ignored us. Disgusting customer service. Walked over to Michael Hill, was greeted with smiles and hellos and within 15 mins we made a purcahse with them instead. Dont shop here. Go to literally any other jewlery store in that mall.
