Worst customer service ever at a jewelery store .When I walked in I was ignored even though no one else was in the store . When I tried asked about 2 specific rings I was told they most likely don't have them in stock. I tried to ask if something similar was in stock and the lady rolled her eyes and just said no. Just on customer service alone I won't be back. Went to a different jewelry store in the mall and picked out a beautiful wedding set .
Went in today with my husband to look at a christmas gift and no one was in the store and none of the employees even came over to ask if we needed help. They just kept chatting amongst themselves. They even looked right at us and ignored us. Disgusting customer service. Walked over to Michael Hill, was greeted with smiles and hellos and within 15 mins we made a purcahse with them instead. Dont shop here. Go to literally any other jewlery store in that mall.
Just had the best expirence at Charm. We worked a lovely lady named Sarah who was a huuuge help to us. She was friendly, personable, and very helpful. She help my sister pick out a chain perfect for her style and was very knowledgeable on how to help customers find what they were looking for. Over all, great prices, lovely staff, and beautiful peices are what will stick in mind after this shopping trip.
I bought my wife’s in wedding set here just over five years ago and I bought her an another band for her wedding set so then I wanted to get them fused. I went into this charm diamond center and the lady was extremely rude. Not helpful at all and thank God for people’s jewelry because they were able to do the job and not complain. This is gotta be the worst charms diamond center in all of Canada and to the lady that was so rude get out of the kitchen if it’s too hot to cook, I suggest going somewhere else.
