If you're going to buy diamonds... Make them Canadian.... When looking for that special cut, the staff was able to find the perfect fit. They will make a customer for life out of you, if you're willing to invest.

Katie went above and beyond sorting out the repair of a ring I bought almost a decade ago as well as organizing the customization of a wedding band to match my engagement ring. Knowing I live abroad she was able to arrange for a ring not normally made with all Canadian diamonds to be made with them to make sure I have a little piece of home. The ring repair was fantastic- it looks good as new! Can’t recommend enough and a huge thank you to her for the extra mile in communicating and sorting my jewelry.

Katie was fantastic! Lately I find sales staff very rude and often lazy. Katie was so kind and helpful and made me feel very welcomed into the store. I am a senior citizen now and find I am treated like I am invisable. Katie made me feel noticed, and valued. Thank you Katie!
