Katie went above and beyond sorting out the repair of a ring I bought almost a decade ago as well as organizing the customization of a wedding band to match my engagement ring. Knowing I live abroad she was able to arrange for a ring not normally made with all Canadian diamonds to be made with them to make sure I have a little piece of home. The ring repair was fantastic- it looks good as new! Can’t recommend enough and a huge thank you to her for the extra mile in communicating and sorting my jewelry.

Katie was fantastic! Lately I find sales staff very rude and often lazy. Katie was so kind and helpful and made me feel very welcomed into the store. I am a senior citizen now and find I am treated like I am invisable. Katie made me feel noticed, and valued. Thank you Katie!
I cannot speak enough praises for this location. Katie, the manager is exactly what customer service should be. She helped me every step of the way through purchasing an engagement ring. She was extremely knowledgeable and her provided timelines were bang on. Due to her personable attention and service, we continue to shop and have purchased multiple items from Katie since.
