I can't say enough good things about Charm and their phenomenal manager, Julia. My partner and I spent the entire day going to multiple jewellery stores looking for the perfect promise ring. We bought a gold chain for my son years ago with the warranty and despite having issues with the chain….Julia the manager has been amazing and has made a frustrating situation fixable.. and because of Julia we have bought other jewellery and will continue to shop here.
