Very Poor After-Sale Customer Service Extremely disappointed with the after-sale service. The staff were not helpful at all and spoke to me with a completely different attitude than before the sale — rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. They refused to provide basic maintenance or safety checks, even though my diamond ring is clearly registered under my profile in their system. The store associate, Grace, has been so wonderful! She has helped my Fiancéand I get our wedding rings, and has been patient and lovely to work with!
Excellent Customer Service
My husband and I stopped in on Saturday shopping for our 10 year wedding anniversary. A very special moment ruined when the associate asked to see my husband’s ID. We left and spent $10,500 on a set from Beverley at Michael Hill down the hallway. For Xmas, my husband bought me a $2000 from Charm in Guelph. The Friday before visiting the Burlington location, we visited the Charm Guelph location and were not asked for ID. That store was recently robbed too. You made us feel like potential thieves.
