I brought my diamond earrings in to have the screw backs changed to butterfly backs. What was not explained is that the workmanship would be garbage. I paid $500 for this repair, and there is a visible weld, poor finishing, and misaligned posts. The earrings do not look factory-finished. I also waited a couple of weeks for this repair, and at this price, the work should have been perfect. You already push Flexiti way too much on everyone.
