I was at the Charm Store at the Circle Centre mall today. I was lucky to be greeted by Nevada who went above and beyond to help me find a right product. She was knowledgeable, patient and charming. We had such a nice conversation that led to her offering to untangle my old necklaces that I wasn’t able to wear in a while. Thank you so much for being such a amazing human being with a bug heart!
We had such a great experience shopping with Mahsa! She was incredibly patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. I was looking for a specific ring that wasn’t available in-store, and she helped me with a special order from start to finish. She explained everything clearly, kept me updated, and made the whole process stress free. You can really tell she cares about her customers and wants them to leave happy.
