Zahra was fantastic! My wife and I were looking for diamond stud earrings for her. Zahra was so knowledgeable and nice. Not pushy or hard selling. We left after looking at some earrings to shop around but came back because we trusted Zahra, the quality and price. We ended up buying 2 pairs. Taylor and Robyn Shields.

I had a great experience at Charm Diamond Centres. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and asked what I was looking for. Arezoo was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and clearly excellent at her job. I found a beautiful pair of earrings at an amazing price, and Arezoo even wrapped the box and placed it in a lovely gift bag with tissue. I left genuinely impressed.
Spectacular customer service! Fiona and Arezoo are two wonderful ladies who went out of their way to help to place tiny pictures into the necklace I bought there. I strongly recommend Charm Diamond!
