The staff are welcoming, engaging, and super kind. I had a watch that needed an adjustment and planned to pay to have it sized, so I went to Charm Diamond Centre. The staff gave us a warm welcome and advised us on how many links to remove; even though their advice wasn't what I expected, they explained their reasoning, and I went with it.
