Everything looks cheap
Staff is always friendly, and they handle your jewelry with care while doing cleaning & inspections. Hours are inaccurate online. Got to the store and it didn’t open for another hour. Inconvenient to have to leave and come back.
I’ve had multiple great experiences shopping at this location. I’ve sold old and unused gold, had jewelry appraised, and purchased an engagement ring here. Every time, the staff were kind, professional, and informative. They never made me feel pressured and were always happy to answer any questions I had. Do not buy jewelry here. The extended warranty is a farce. Poor quality jewelry had to be returned multiple times for repair. Band is breaking apart and the warranty will not cover it. We are now with a broken ring and a useless warranty. Will not return. Stay far away. Edit: Ring was sent away for warranty for loose claws. Go to pick the ring up and a diamond is missing. After being sent away for warranty work.
