My ring has broken twice in the last 6 months, instead of repairing it a 2nd time they gave me a new one even though there has been a $3-400 price increase since I first got it. Very happy with the service and warranty coverage!
The employees are nice, but their jewlery is poorly made. Weak. Ive bought 3 items here in the last 2 years for my girlfriend to have 2/3 items break within the first couple months. Now I do get the warranty, but thats not the point. The point is 400-600$ items should not break this easy. Its 10karat for crying out loud. I will no longer be buying my jewelry from Charm Diamond centers anywhere. If you must shop there.. the rings might be okay but both bracelet and anklet broke in just a month or two. Avoid this store! Terrible management and extremely rude staff. They claim to be authorized retailers for brands like Swarovski but refuse to honor returns for them, offering only bizarre, untrue excuses instead of real customer service. A massive disappointment for Lambton Mall. Brands need to pull their products from here before their reputations are ruined.
After reading reviews on here I’m glad I’m not the only one to see how rude the manager is. I have always dealt with the Brantford location and more recently the Oshawa location and have had nothing but great things to say about them. Charm has always been my go to store. One star is to many stars. The lady was suppose to size my mom's ring to 7.5 but the lady said no it didn't need it. We left and her finger turned purple and barely got it off. Went back to get them to size it and they wanted $120 to size it now. Then they had security remove me for recording her laying to the security guards. I'll post her picture.
