Brooke is a technician at Charm City Skin who transformed my face, specifically my eyebrows, into literal works of art. I dreamt my entire life of having eyebrows that could be seen as they are essentially invisible due to how lightly colored they are naturally. Julie does my Brazilian waxing. I've been to other salons who focus on just waxing. I also was jumping out my skin in pain at my previous waxing sessions. Not with Julie, she was completely outstanding! She had me in and out in know time! And she even did my thighs. Thank you so much for making my day pain free!
