I chose Charm City Roofing because they gave a good price for a more comprehensive job than other companies wanted to do. Most other quotes wanted to patch, or put a new flat roof over the roof on my Baltimore Town home. Charm City Roofing did brand new full replacement for slightly more than a patch job would cost with a competitor. There was some rotted wood that needed replaced, and they were reasonable in their change order pricing.
Charm City Roofing did an incredible job on my roof and were the best option as far cost. The workers came in ready to work and get things done and finished up everything by 2pm. They even replaced the shingles on the front of my house which was a pleasant surprise as I fully expected them to only be doing the flat portion. The workers deserve a 10/10 for their hard work and my roof looks absolutely incredible. I deducted a star solely based on communication with the office.
