Excellent customer service from the front staff. Friendly, accommodating and helpful. Provider was friendly, empathetic and efficient. He listened carefully and answered my questions. He made me feel at ease throughout the visit.
Was HIGHLY recommended to use Capitol Womens Care Bel Air. The front desk staff are the main reason why I would opt to go elsewhere. Heading over to the reviews I quickly noticed that that was almost everyone’s judgement. Front staff are imperative to running a great business. *so are reviews* Falling short is an understatement. Update- had to try to switch providers, reached out THREE times online with no response, leave voicemail with no response. Finally get someone and they decline care for me at 33 weeks pregnant. Front desk people are not friendly. Curt. Short. Hasn’t been remodeled in 30 years. I know because I have been a patient that long. My doctor retired and now I see nurse practitioner. I do not consider it quality care or a place I recommend to others.
