This is more applicable to the staff vs care team, however my experience overall has been horrible. Currently searching for a new provider.
Horrible place, my fiance called three days in a row left messages and all and they never got back to her this place doesn’t care about their patients, not just that but they need people to acctually answer the phone that’s the main problem
After a rough pregnancy and a delivery where I almost didn’t make it out alive, I have nothing but positive things to say about this practice! Every OB EXCEPT Dr. Candel was phenomenal and I am grateful for them. Haley is by far the best front desk receptionist, I was always so happy when she answered, she really knows her job well! Great place to go if you need a new provider or have questions or just want a checkup!! I recommend Meredith Nachbahr as she was so professional and knowledgeable - she really made me feel comfortable and appointment was over quick !
Excellent customer service from the front staff. Friendly, accommodating and helpful. Provider was friendly, empathetic and efficient. He listened carefully and answered my questions. He made me feel at ease throughout the visit.
