After a rough pregnancy and a delivery where I almost didn’t make it out alive, I have nothing but positive things to say about this practice! Every OB EXCEPT Dr. Candel was phenomenal and I am grateful for them. Haley is by far the best front desk receptionist, I was always so happy when she answered, she really knows her job well! Great place to go if you need a new provider or have questions or just want a checkup!! I recommend Meredith Nachbahr as she was so professional and knowledgeable - she really made me feel comfortable and appointment was over quick !
Excellent customer service from the front staff. Friendly, accommodating and helpful. Provider was friendly, empathetic and efficient. He listened carefully and answered my questions. He made me feel at ease throughout the visit.
Was HIGHLY recommended to use Capitol Womens Care Bel Air. The front desk staff are the main reason why I would opt to go elsewhere. Heading over to the reviews I quickly noticed that that was almost everyone’s judgement. Front staff are imperative to running a great business. *so are reviews* Falling short is an understatement. Front desk people are not friendly. Curt. Short. Hasn’t been remodeled in 30 years. I know because I have been a patient that long. My doctor retired and now I see nurse practitioner. I do not consider it quality care or a place I recommend to others.
