My second time here and everyone on staff is just so nice and the atmosphere is always so warm and welcoming I cant wait to go back!
Had such a great experience. My son and I went in for a custom “project” piece (2 actually) and Alex could not have been kinder. She helped us right away, heard what we wanted, and offered suggestions. While she was working with us engaged my son, who’s 12, in conversation and he was delighted. We were clearly not their typical customers but went out of the way to take care of us anyway. Neat product, cool experience, and great people. Thank you!
Went with my best friend and had an amazing time. It got busy when we were there but they had us in and out in no time. They also had so many charms to choose from. Would definitely go back
Such a fun store and experience. I loved getting to pick out my charms. They had a great selection. The store is beautiful. It would be really fun to do with friends. They have both permanent and bracelets with clasps.
