Used the Car wash and something hit the hood and right fender while it was running. Went in and told them they came out and looked at it and apologized. Then he said he would fix the damage because he also has a body shop in the rear of the service area. I thought it would take at least 3 to 4 days to repair because it was Friday late afternoon but he said he would have it finished by that Monday anyway I got a call Saturday afternoon and he said it was fixed. I finally found Charm City Auto center. I took my 'baby' in for a service, and to have a rattle checked. I was very impressed with their knowledge, customer service, and how they ensured my vehicle was looked after. Will definitely be returning.
