Such a bad experience I had with them today they booked me for 2 services for nails they took almost three hour …. When it’s comes to wax they say come tomorrow such a bad customer service why u guys book appointment if u can’t fulfill they spoiled my evening…. There is no option for 0 star otherwise I give 0 to them …. No heart feelings for the guy who did my nails he was nice but so slow and don’t know how to do the styles
Another great visit for a mani/pedi. Spa is always clean and the atmosphere is relaxing.
My husband and I did the Head Spa and booked an appointment in advance. They called last minute to reschedule and asked us to come in 2 hrs earlier than originally planned, so we rearranged our schedule to accommodate. We arrived on time, but only one of them was available, the other lady came in 20 min late. Just thought that was a little weird. My husband recommends for men, do not shave the day of the spa because all the products will sting on a recently shaved face. He was unable to relax and enjoy the experience at all ... read more
