I had beef liver with Mac and cheese, collard greens. The sides were delicious. The beef liver was reheated leftovers. I ordered beef liver because, as a former chef, I know it's one of the quickest things anyone can cook fresh. Yet the liver was dry and hard, covered in a bottled beef gravy. The service was first class with what they had to work with. I would try them again. They have potential to be the best in the area.
Joy was our server and she lived up to her name! She was super helpful. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. I will definitely be back!
Waiting a hour for food was beyond unacceptable, I was told 20 minutes. It put me in a position to be late to pick my baby up from the sitter which caused me an additional $50. If I haven’t of paid $70 for my food first I would have left, on top of a tip. The kitchen completely forgot about my order. The food was mid, lacked a lot of flavor. Won’t be returning after that.
