They made me wait nearly 3 months for an appointment and then the week prior to my visit told me my insurance was not covered. What a joke.
They are completely out of touch of which insurance companies they are listed with as a provider. My insurance confirmed that they are in network but when I called at the front desk I was told that they don’t accept this insurance. I reported this to my insurance company who had no knowledge that when did they stopped accepting their patients. How lazy they are to run a health care clinic if they don’t even update their insurance partners on whether they are still working with them or not!
I've only had an initial visit but she was kind. More thorough than the usual in out of the Dr office that I'm used to. She asked questions and took her time. She seems very promising.
