First off when you enter no one greets you it's bad energy, then I find out, a friend of mine came here for hair color, and the stylist sneaky with scissors chop the ends behind the customer's back , literally chopped her hair up wildly left it horrible and uneven How dare you
Horrible- i came here to get my hair color only - All of my ends are chopped uneven - the stylist put scissors to my hair without my knowledge or consent - she was standing behind me & told me she. Was putting in a treatment - but instead she was chopping my hair without my authority / she said, oh I only chopped the split ends I never told you to put scissors to my hair and you cut wildly.You didn't even measure - who the hell does that- i'm beyond livid.
I really liked this place so much they did my hair so nice but the recent time I went they bleached my hair TWICE in one sitting. the color came out good but it burned my scalp and left my scalp very tender. As days went by I start losing so much hair. Im losing so much hair now and am going to the dermatologist now because of this. please dont come here it will make you lose so much hair
Mi experiencia en este salón fue muy decepcionante. Desde el principio la atención fue mala, el personal mostró una actitud poco amable y en ningún momento me brindaron una buena asesoría. No prestaron atención a lo que yo realmente quería hacerme en el cabello y el resultado final no fue para nada lo que esperaba.
