far too much to list for improvements
Different Management...who are encouraging, and show compassion. It needs to be uninstalled and rebooted. This is not Lake Wobegon by any means.
Please for the love of god avoid this place, we placed my grandmother here and it was horrid. They have a massive amount of BEDBUGS yes thats correct BEDBUGS. We had to buy her all new clothing and rid her belongings when bringing her home. Please just avoid this place. It’s crazy to me that it’s still open and hasn’t been shut down.
RecommendedThis is a great nursing home with an at home feeling. The staff is personable and takes time and pleasure doing activities with everyone. It is very nice.
Worked there for 15 years and I can’t imagine working anywhere else 💕

My mother-in-law Shirley lived at The Cottages for the last few years of her life. We were very happy with the care, given to her, the staff and the lovely facilities.
If you are looking for a memory care facility for a loved one, look no further. This lovely place has been open less than a year and has vacancies. This thoughtful, caring staff takes excellent care of their clients as well as their family members. I am so happy my husband could spend the last two weeks of his life in such a wonderful place. Thank you
