I scheduled a one way airport transfer from Albany to LaGuardia Airport and the service was great. The driver was on time and very helpful. Once we arrived at LaGuardia, we headed to the gate and one of the people in our party thought she left her cellphone in the limo. The driver, was already back on the road in NYC rush hour traffic! We got a hold of him and he turned around and came back to the airport to meet us! A+ on the customer service. Highly recommended!
We had a great experience using Charlton Limo for a concert this past weekend. The whole experience from reserving the limo through to the concert night was great. Very easy to work with, flexible when I had to change the pick-up time, and Bob our limo driver was the best part - very friendly! I will definitely be using this service again and recommended them to family/friends. Thanks for a great night!
