Very easy procedure.
This was my second visit to Charlton Family Dental. I think that Pam is so great at what she does! I'm a person that is very anxious and nervous when it comes to the dentist office and she has been great to work with. I always have lots of questions and she is very knowledgeable and takes the time to answer me thoroughly, which helps to calm my anxieties. The office and exam room is always very clean! I was very pleased with my first visit at Charlton Family Dental. From the moment I walked in the door I experienced a very positive vibe that put my anxiety at ease. The office staff have a calm and welcoming aura. The waiting room is not the typical clinical environment, there is a big screen over the fireplace with calming background music and ocean views playing. Professional, friendly staff.
This was my first time in after a while of being without a dentist. I was skeptical of going to a new place but I was greeted warmly when I came in and was helped right away. The hygienist I had was so nice and she answered any questions I had. When I was checking out they gave me a written out estimate of all other dental work I would need. There is no real surprises. Something I wasn’t used to. I would recommend them. Great place with great staff.
I was nervous because it had been awhile since I had been to a dentist. The staff was so friendly and professional! They explained everything and were very patient with all my questions. It's a beautiful facility and they seem to have the best equipment and technology. I highly recommend them!

Service was wonderful. The front desk is friendly and helpful. The sign-in process was quick and simple, even for a first timer like me. The dentist is very nice and calm and communicative. Nothing was unexpected and everything went smoothly. I think the only complaint I had would be that when I asked someone about an indent in my front tooth, my dentist told me it was fine, but then another dentist said I needed to get a filling.
