Pat is extremely knowledgeable of the area. He is easy to work with and ready to help on a moment’s notice. He has helped us, as well as two family friends to each successfully purchase in the area over the past couple years. I always enjoy my time with Pat and appreciate his expertise.

Nightmare from the start. Spoke with Pat and clearly articulated that I wasn’t from the area. He threw street numbers at me like I knew where I was going. I called, lost, and rather than offer to meet me, after over an hours drive I was chastised for my phone service dropping calls. This is a company I would never do business with again and as a result would refuse any properties listed by this firm. Professionalism is lost in on this individual-
