What a great company to do business with! I am most appreciative of the staff at Charlottesville Self Storage. I had two PODS delivered and was able to hire movers from the company next door to unload them. The people at Charlottesville Self Storage were more than kind in accommodating the schedule changes on the pickup of the empty PODs due to a snow storm and I am grateful to them for their understanding. I highly recommend this company.

The best thing about Charlottesville Self Storage is the people who run it…. Chris has been a solid rock of a vendor for the 14 years that I have rented space from him. In departing their business, they were solution oriented which made my move much easier. They are good business people and good people period. I highly recommend them.

I only ended up using this storage facility for a handful of months but let me tell you, it’s a lifesaver having something this affordable IN Charlottesville. They honored their online pricing deal for a few months and even after that expired, it was still very affordable for how close it was! Denise and (his name escapes me I’m so sorry) the man who I saw today about closing my unit were awesome! Highly recommend!

Great experience - I had my belongings here at two different times and for lengthy periods (over a year) in a temperature controlled unit. Chris and the staff were great to work with- kind, responsive, organized. Nothing but good things to say about their customer service. Highly recommend. They made the process of moving in and out easy and enjoyable.
