Lots of options and convenient. But a bit pricey if you keep a unit longer than 3 months
I only ended up using this storage facility for a handful of months but let me tell you, it’s a lifesaver having something this affordable IN Charlottesville. They honored their online pricing deal for a few months and even after that expired, it was still very affordable for how close it was! Denise and (his name escapes me I’m so sorry) the man who I saw today about closing my unit were awesome! Highly recommend!
Great experience - I had my belongings here at two different times and for lengthy periods (over a year) in a temperature controlled unit. Chris and the staff were great to work with- kind, responsive, organized. Nothing but good things to say about their customer service. Highly recommend. They made the process of moving in and out easy and enjoyable.
Their prices and specials are great, especially for 2-month term. All lights are on a timer which I appreciate for energy conservancy. Their staff are very friendly and helpful and the location is convenient. The operating hours are generous, a d the security is up to par. I’d recommend them to anyone in need of moving in the Charlottesville area!
If you're looking for extra space, Charlottesville Self Storage on Avon St is the place you need to go. They accommodated me short notice and even notified me of a larger available unit when I originally was supposed to get something smaller. My unit was clean, well lit, and I had access whenever I needed it. Management is super friendly and easy to work with. Even available by phone during non-business hours. Highly recommended.
