Staff was extremely helpful. Made everything easy. If you need storage this is the place to go.
10/10 experience. Helped me get storage when in a tight spot. Met me after hours and was nothing but great. Solid guy and great company, thank you
Best storage experience ever! Chris and his crew were awesome from day one — easy access, great communication, top notch customer service, and fair pricing. Perfect solution for UVA families like ours from out of state. Highly recommend!
What a great company to do business with! I am most appreciative of the staff at Charlottesville Self Storage. I had two PODS delivered and was able to hire movers from the company next door to unload them. The people at Charlottesville Self Storage were more than kind in accommodating the schedule changes on the pickup of the empty PODs due to a snow storm and I am grateful to them for their understanding. I highly recommend this company.
Clean, easy to get to no concerns about the property and customer service was fantastic
