Could not be more helpful in any way.. I went in there not knowing a thing about mowers and they answered all questions and also asked me several to determine what would be the best for the amount of yard I had to mow. I was unsure if I could handle a larger mower and Kevin took the time to explain exactly how to use it , how to care for it and how easy it actually was to have the perfect mower... Brought in chainsaw for help with problem I couldn't solve on my own with reassembly after DIY service. They helped me out right away, got it all put back together and running as a customer service. They've convinced me to be a regular with all my power equipment needs.
Store closed on Saturday at 1 pm. Disappointed about limited Saturday hours, as I wanted to buy a Snapper mower. I left a phone message Saturday afternoon, though it went to someone's voice mail, and no phone options for listening to hours. However, I received a courteous call the following Monday, saying that no one in town sells Snapper mowers anymore. The return call was helpful and informative.
