In addition to what we sell, we also provide maintenance and repair service for swimming pools and spas and offer chemicals and accessories in our retail store. Paid in full for an in-stock spa two weeks ago with the promise of delivery before the end of April. Since then, they have refused to reply to emails, or return my messages. The one person working their phones is no help stating he does not have the authority to do anything but have someone call. Of course, no one ever does. As of now, they have my money and my spa and refuse to deliver the spa or return my money.
RecommendedI've been impressed with their sales and service. It's a fun place to check out because of all the different toys they have. Good stuff!

I would just like everyone to know that I just recently started dealing with this company in the past year or so after dealing with another local pool company for 13 years. It is simply amazing just how, not only knowledgeable but helpful this group is. The company that installed our pool was nice but these folks at Charlottesville Aquatics are outstanding!!!!! The customer service is over and beyond and they have definitely earned a lifetime customer. And the prices are very competitive. Thank you Charlottesville Aquatics �
We started working with Charlottesville Aquatics last fall and have had a great experience. The staff are helpful, knowledgeable and very approachable. We are really glad we chose Charlottesville Aquatics for our hottub purchase, installation and maintenance.
I was very disappointed when we had a a question about our hot tub cover and the young lady didn't seem to want to be bothered until my husband asked to speak to someone over her and we found our top that we are having problems with is still in warranty, she didn't bother to check until the person over her told her to check. I was not impressed with her not being interested in helping us come on we need more customer service. Hopefully this will work out for us.
