There is not much for wedding dress shopping in our area so when I found Charlotte's I was excited to see they carried some of my favorite designers. On the day of my appointment I had Maiya as my stylus and she did a wonderful job! She pulled gowns that where spot on to what I was looking for and also did a great job letting my party pull some dresses as well. I found my dream dress and I am over the moon! If you're looking for a place to get your wedding dress. I highly recommend going to Charlottes!

From the minute we walked in the door it felt very uninviting . My daughter felt like she was rushed and not made to feel special. No robe was given to wear in between dresses. We were felt pressured to buy a dress. In the end we left without a dress and bought a dress somewhere else. What should have been a very special day turned into a sad day.

Today’s experience with Mya was awful. She did not listen to the bride or the bridal party whom had already walked through a previous try on and knew what the bride was looking for. Mya didn’t put the bride in any dress that the bride picked out and only put her in the dresses she chose for the bride. We had the seamstress with us, whom does work in the valley, and Mya discounted her expertise and tried to trump what she was saying.
