Charlotte is committed to service I have been going to Charlotte for many years. Her new shop on Tustin at Katella is beautiful. I have a facial every month at Charlotte's and I also have had permanent makeup done. The eyeliner has lasted for years and the lips have not worn off at all. She also does a great job of waxing. Among her clients are women and men of all ages and needs. Charlotte personalizes the service to you. I highly recommend this salon.
