The staff are compassionate, attentive, and treat residents with dignity and respect. Communication with family is consistent, and they go above and beyond to make the home feel warm and welcoming. It brings us peace of mind knowing our loved one is safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for here. The provider is amazing too!!!
Charlotte’s place and the proprietors have went above and beyond to assure that my husband has the best care that he possibly could after His accident last August leaving him with a traumatic brain injury. They have helped both of us learn how to live life with a new normal. I highly recommend Courtney, She is educated she has lots of compassion, experience as a caregiver and I can’t imagine that there would be a better place for my husband then where he is in his life right now.

Courtney & her staff truly care about the emotional and physical struggles people experience while trying to heal from traumatic brain disorders. My brother in law couldn't be in a more caring, loving, supportive home than Charlottes Place. In the field of adult family homes no other facilities in the area compare.
This adult family home is of the cleanest and most well maintained I have seen, it was such a breath of fresh air. Courtney is so kinda and compassionate when answering all of my questions and concerns, I am so happy that I found her.
