Avoid at all costs – sure, charlottes inc has great stuff, BUT their products are and can be found in every other boutique in raleigh. i tell you this because shopping at charlottes for the sole purpose of merchandise is no excuse for their lack of customer service. i have been in several times to the cameron village location and have yet to be greeted by an employee - one time two turned to watch me walk in and then completely went back to what they were doing. i find myself avoiding the store and have even warned other peo... read more
i love this store! – charlotte's has the cutest selection! i love both locations - cameron village and north hills. i have found that both stores have great amount of selection to shop from and awesome customer service! i especially love their jewelry, shoes, and gifts!
The closest thing to Tiffany & Co. in the Triangle. – In Short This Cameron Village store oozes Inside-the-Beltline charm. There's not a tasteless or tacky thing in sight. It's all eye-catching, in a subtle Southern way. Looking for that perfect baby shower gift? The $26 sterling silver teething ring should do the trick. Want to get your 16-year-old niece the perfect birthday present? A sterling silver key chain to go with her new driver's license should fit the occasion nicely.
Great selection, lacking in service – Charlotte's is a beautiful store with a variety of quality products. However, upon visiting all three locations (2 in Raleigh and one in Wilmington), I have been met with below par service. The attitudes of the employees is one of extreme arrogance and an unwillingness to help a customer. It's dissapointing to be met with this kind of service in a store with such good merchandise.
fabulous store. always something new to catch your eye. great silver selection. very hip and sheshe stuff to choose from. heaven for a gal with a passion for trendy and classic pieces. could be open a bit later than it is for us early evening shoppers.
friendly help – I stopped shopping w/ Charlotte's for awhile, I was intrested in the store and stopped in for a gift, I had a wonderful time. The girls were very helpful and excited that I was looking for something to fit her personality. They have a great selection of gifts, and new friendly faces!
