Charlottes should get zero stars. I tried to get help on a sale item ordered online multiple times and they have no customer service. Since it’s considered final sale they just ignore your requests. The sale dress fit was defective (would not go over my head) and clearly the reason it was on sale. No measurements online listed. Please don’t shop or patronize their store. I’m out $170

I have been loyal to Charlotte’s since they first opened their doors more than 30 years ago! I know that I will always find something beautiful for myself and for others, so it is my go-to gift destination. You can tell that their employees genuinely care about their clients, as they always go out of their way to make sure that I will leave with the perfect find!
