I had a great experience with Mark, Sterling and the Charlotte's Best Roofing and Gutters team. I reached out when a huge tree fell on my roof and they were quick to respond/help. They assisted with the insurance process and were proactively communicating through out the process. For the roof repair and gutter re-install, the teams were efficient and thorough. I would definitely recommend this company/team to anyone.
Charlotte's Best Roofing and Gutters did an outstanding job replacing my roof July 2025. I had them replace my gutters in mid-2024 and was so happy with the work that I hired them again for the roof replacement. They did the work in one day, were highly knowledgeable, professional and the results are outstanding. They even replaced a couple of boards damaged by wood rot, which I had no idea had happened, and replaced 2 furnace caps because they were heavily rusted. I had a small leak in my living room. I called Charlotte's Best Roofing they came out the next day. Inspection was free. They gave advice for the future. Pricing and customer service was great. I would definitely use them again and recommend them for anyone in need of roof repairing.
It was a great experience with Charlotte’s Best Roofing and Gutters. Great costumer service and the roofing crew did an amazing job replacing our roof - came on time in the morning and got it done in early afternoon. Mark is great and took the time to walk through our property to make sure there were no loose nails. I highly recommend them for anyone who wants to do roof work!
