It was a great experience with Charlotte’s Best Roofing and Gutters. Great costumer service and the roofing crew did an amazing job replacing our roof - came on time in the morning and got it done in early afternoon. Mark is great and took the time to walk through our property to make sure there were no loose nails. I highly recommend them for anyone who wants to do roof work!

We had a great experience working with Sterling and his team at Charlotte's Best. They were very timely in coming out to give me a quote along with a wide variety of colors and other options to choose from for our gutter replacement project. After I selected what we wanted to go with, the team came out the very next Monday to complete the work. Our new gutters look great! I'd recommend this company to anyone looking to do a similar project.

Mark Grayson and his team did a great job with our roof replacement. After noticing some leaks, we had a couple companies come out to inspect and provide quotes. Mark explained the roof was failing due to its age, but provided options to attempt to remediate the issue and buy us some time. We decided to just replace the roof, and found their quote to be reasonably priced. The work was scheduled around a week out and completed within a day. We were very impressed by the Charlotte’s Best Roofing and Restoration. They were able to help us quickly. Mark was very accommodating to our schedule and inspected the damage quickly after we contacted him. Then, a team was at our house making repairs the next day we were available! I would recommend this company if you are looking for quick and quality work!

Really happy with Charlotte's Best. I did a google search and they had great reviews. Interviewed 3 different companies for our work. They were quick to respond, and very honest and easy to work with. Another company was similarly priced but it felt very pushy. CB didn't, they responded to all my questions, but I never felt pressured to "seal the deal" with them, which I appreciated. They were able to do our entire house and our garage in 2 days.
