Was absolutely amazing with how the vet and my pet interacted ...she (my dog) was not hyper or nervous around him she was completely at ease and calm and really liked him (this was the first time meeting him). He is obviously a highly intellegent vet that knows his practice well and truly cares for the pets and thier health. He explains all the options the pros and cons and prices ahead of time. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. It was unbelievable how gentle this vet was with my pet and it really helped my pet feel at ease. Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service
Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
