I have not had a good experience here and it’s mostly due to lack of communication. I did an ultrasound and blood work for which they didn’t want to schedule a follow up appointment and I was told they would communicate through the patient portal. I had questions regarding said ultrasound and the results since my current medications were not taken into consideration and I know the results would not have been as accurate but I followed through with the instructions given to me. I called almost every day for a week, left many ... read more

I have mixed reviews about this practice. Dr Guzman did a great job on my historectomy. He was personable, professional, and patient to answer all my questions. I would highly recommend him. The office staff e was pleasant and helpful, but the practice, on the other hand, needs a lot of help with the scheduling procedures. From the time I first made contact to schedule my first appointment in mid October until my actual surgery date in mid February seemed exhorbitant, and it was not a hold up from the insurance company, as t... read more

Dr. Ruben Guzman performed a 3 hour surgery on me 10 days ago and my recovery was quick and painless.i was prepared to be bedridden for days. My surgery was for a prolapsed bladder but was more extensive than that due to prior large pregnancies and a prolapsed Uterus 15 years ago, leaving quite a footprint on my internal structures which should have been noticed by prior physicians. The repair was extensive. The correct terminology for the procedure: Anterior & Posterior Repair, Vaginal Sacrospinous Ligament Suspension With A... read more

I have been going to this office for about 10 years now, and this is the first time I’ve not had insurance and am a self pay patient. I was told the visit would be something around 200 which I paid at the time and was done. A month later I’m getting a call from the lab saying I owe $1100 which was never mentioned to me. Absolutely insane.

Dr Guzman has been my Dr for over 10 years and I have followed him twice to different locations. It seems he moved to this place now and I have not veen able to get in contact with anyone nor get a callback. I am saddened that I possibly will have to search for a new gynecologist.
