My son had surgery here twice. We paid our required deposit. However, we overpaid as we had reached our out of pocket max. We received our EOB from our insurance and the surgery center owes us $738.58 yet they refuse to reimburse. I call every month and speak with the billing manager. Yet they continue to hold on to our money. Very frustrating. This is unethical.
