With Expertise and Professionalism at a 1 rating and Selection at a 2, the rating is closer to a 1 overall and that's what they deserve. I've been there a number of times. Six months ago, I attempted to shop for a laptop but both times got sent out of the store and told to come back another time. I didn't until recently. Tried again - support a local business but with trepidation and skepticism. First fellow shouldn't have been allowed on the floor to show me computers. He was untrained. I had a bad experience. Poor communication with my service technician; Paid for more than I needed, and technician installed hardware other than what was agreed upon. Later communication with a manager also left a bad taste. Really just hoping for an apology, but told that I got what I paid for.

I had major problems with my HP laptop. Charlotte Street Computers tried everything they could to fix it but it was just a lousy computer design. To top it all off they didn't even charge me for all their work! Now that is a way to run a company. Their known to be the best in WNC.
