Chelsea House is a charming gem. Board stays on top of our building finances. Things get fixed as soon as the board is aware. Clean place. Lots of amenities. Two pools with heaters, sauna is great too! Love my neighbors! The square has shuffle board, new pickelball courts and a social room with activities.
Absolutely wonderful & safe place to own a unit. It's a whole city block filled with 9 separate condomiuns, awesome carports, pools, pickleball, tennis, shuffleboard & rec rooms. Plenty to do right out your door and a location close to everything!
I wouldn’t recommend anybody moving here. I moved here a year ago. There are a group of individuals that like to harass, ridicule, and make individuals that are new very uncomfortable. I tried to bring in activities for everyone to be a part of, and that being said everybody had something to say, which was negative. They are set in their ways and nobody wants to do anything, but sit and complain. Except for a small group of people that are caring and appreciative the rest of them are awful.
