Lousy property manager. David Palmer is an arrogant person who who doesn't care. Our building is mismanaged by him and our useless board and still is not legally permitted and liveable 20 months after Ian. Out of state restoration company and PA mismanaged our money. 3 assessments and more to come. We can not see what was spent. Total mess.
If you are well educated realize you will be lonely. Most are pink or blue collar retired people quite set in their opinions, politics and behavior. No longer well priced due to high HOA fees plus taxes after IAN Sold a one bedroom last year and relieved to be gone.
